• Eng'g degree, UPDA is a plus (Mech/Elec)
• Minimum 5-8 years working experience
• Excellent in Project cost breakdown, Budgeting &
Forecasting
• Knowledgeable in Contract Review and related
documents,
• Keen on Analyzing variation orders and its impact on
Project's cost and budget
• Cost Coding & Management Skills
• Monitor monthly progress reports and address cost
and variance analysis/recovery actions
• Maintain the established scope control procedure
• Update Project Cost Projections
• Prepare summary dashboard for management
review/meetings.
