 (with Qatar Driving License)
 Minimum of 4 year experience in customer service.
 Determine uncollectible accounts receivable and refer to Manager for appropriate action
 Monitor and review the order & accounts on a daily basis.
 Identify and report process and/or procedural problems as necessary.
 Provide support, give direction and answer questions from communications received from customers
 Ability to consistently maintain department collection standards, policies, and best practices.
 Ability to handle multiple tasks within designated timelines and prioritize workload.
 Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint applications. Access report writing skills necessary
 Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills

Customer Service Representative

 Minimum of 2 year experience in customer service.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Strong problem solving skills and data analysis abilities.
 Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Accounts Receivable Representative

 Ability to analyze financial or computer data and to forecast trends.
