* Senior Accountant * 

• Proven experience as senior accountant • Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures • Familiarity with financial accounting statements • Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process • Hands-on experience with accounting software packages, like Sage • Advanced MS Excel skills • Team Player and attention to detail • BS degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant

*Accounting /Finance Manager* 

• Minimum 15 years’ experience 5 years related work experience • Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager • Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases • Ability to manipulate large amounts of data • Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations • High attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to direct and supervise • BS degree in Accounting or Finance

*Sr. Quantity Surveyor*

 • Must have 10 yrs. GCC minimum of experience in Architectural and fit-out works

 *Sr. Contracts Manager*

 • Manage site contracts • Manage sub-contractor and suppliers contracts • Claim delays, variation orders and prolongation from clients. • With minimum 10yrs. experience.

*Admin/ Receptionist/ Secretary*

 • With minimum 5 years’ experience in the same field.

*Safety Officer* 

• Nebosh Qualified
